Belb- b manners
This is your time so please arrive early for your appointment and turn off your mobile phone to enhance your relaxation.
Your appointment time will include your consultation with your therapist, preparation for the treatment and the conclusion of your service, your questions and feedback from the treatment.
If you are late for your appointment, this time will be reduced from your time with us and your treatment service.
For your comfort
As this is your time please let the therapist know if you are not enjoying the treatment, if the music’s no suitable, the pressure of your massage to soft or hard, you are too hot or cold or your are no comfortable in any way. This is important that you are able to communicate with your therapist as their treatment to you is all about you
Time to relax
At Belb-B, the friendly therapist will greet you and ask you how you are going, once your in the treatment room the therapist will explain your treatment plan before your treatment begins -what your concerns are for your skin , what you are wanting out of the treatment during your time with us,. You can ask question and gain the information that you are wanting about your skin and body concerns at this stage and any stage during the treatment .
The therapist will engage in a conversation with you if you want to engage in one but the therapist is not expecting a conversation with you throughout the whole treatment duration so do not feel the need to talk .The therapist wants you to relax, so the therapist will not start a conversation as they will be encouraging you to enjoy the serenity and the treatment at Belb-B
We offer you free skin consultation
Our affordable pricing plans and financial options assure everyone can have the look that you want to achieve for your skin.
During your consultation your skin will be analyzed. We will discuss your medical history, and the goals you have for your skin, and will together develop a plan of action based on your particular needs. Strict confidentiality will be maintained. By following a specially prescribed home care system, and treatments in our salon, we can give you the skin you have always wanted.

Consultation treatment cards
It is best practice with in the beauty industry that you are required to complete a client consultation card with your medical details disclosed to your therapist. This information is required to let the Belb-B therapist ascertain the best skin diagnosis and treatment for you with out any reactions to you from your in salon treatment and home care treatment range.
Your consultation treatment card is kept in a locked filing cabinet and your therapists is the only one to read the information recorded.
Every visit for any treatment at Belb-B requires you to re- read your card and make changes or note no change Once the form is signed and dated by you, your treatment can begin. We at Belb-B know that you are happy with the high level of consultation that we engage in with you to give your skin and body needs the best possible treatment outcome.
Not making your appointment
We at Belb-B understand that every one experiences changes in their plans from time to time .However, out of consideration for all our clients a minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment .A cancelation fee of 50% will apply for non –attendance or loss of your gift
OS&H
We at Belb-B would like to let you know due to OS&H regulation no children under the age of 12 are allowed in the salon.
Gift voucher
Gift voucher are available for all treatments .When booking or redeeming a treatment using a gift voucher, please provide the gift voucher .Gift voucher a valid for 6 months.
If you gift voucher is lost or damaged (to the extent that it is not readable )we will not accept the voucher.
Gift vouchers are not transferable from person to person
Gift vouchers are not redeemed for cash.
Out of hours appointments
If you require an out of hours appointment, please ask and we will try and accommodate you.
